First Race of the Year - Oops listed wrong place on the first one

Jeff decided to run in the Frosty 14 trail run this past Saturday.  He hasn't run that distance in a long time but felt like he was ready  Yep he was!  He placed 36th out of 157 with a first place in his age group.  Needless to say, Jeff is really happy with the results. 

Guess you could say his season has officially begun.

Date With My Honey

After a long couple of days and no sleep, thanks to a kid(s) who decided bomb threats in Tipp are cool.  We both decided on a no train night and had a date.  Nice to know I have somebody to snuggle up with :-)

Sore Legs

Both of us have sore legs.  Guess that's what happens when you up the training?  Can't say we are on schedule, but ahead of schedule?   :-)

Wonderful dinner out on Saturday night to come home to a long work night.  I decided to opt out of the ride on Sunday but Jeff rode his butt off!  Very proud of you - for many activities today :-)
