Sunday

YEAH!!! Jeff rode trainer today with Shawn - very little knee pain (little in the center) - nothing than can't be dealt with. He has iced, etc (beers and supper) and now off to get me ice cream --- what a wonderful husband he is --- plus he just wanted to listen to Craig's CD.

Glad to hear Jeff is feeling better!! He's always smart like that. He gets bonus time for running for Ice Cream. hehehehe

Maybe we can get together for a Classic Pizza sometime. Preferably after a 3 hour ride! hehehe
