Well I can say I found ALL the chains that have been left behind on the roads today. But all in all, I had a good ride. A strange cramping -- which makes no sense at all.
Goose rode with his partner tonight instead of the Delight Night Ride. Things went really well - big goals for Sunday, which are all achievable.
Thursday - I hope to beat the rain and Goose plans on running. \

LOL - I am glad I can ride! It was just one of those days. Today was hot, but went so much better.
